How do I design my building?

Many customers start with the Studio Lite, Shed Saver, Painted Value Shed or Painted Value Barn. We’ll help you explore options, but final approval is determined by your HOA.

We manufacture our buildings in Waco, Texas.
How far do you deliver?
Free delivery is available on eligible custom builds within 250 miles of our Waco plant. Contact us about locations farther away.
Can you deliver into my backyard?
Backyard placement is available when access and site conditions allow. We’ll review your property access before ordering.
Can you build on site?
Yes, on-site builds are available. Availability, site preparation and any additional costs are confirmed with our team.
Can I add electricity, insulation or HVAC?
Ask about available upgrades. Qualifying Pro Cottage buildings can add our Comfort Package with electrical, spray foam insulation, lighting and a mini-split.
Is a tiny-home shell a finished home?
No. It is a customizable shell for your DIY project. Plumbing, bathrooms, kitchens and interior finish-out are not included, and residential-use requirements are your responsibility.
How does rent-to-own work?
Choose a qualifying building and a 36-, 48- or 60-month rental term. Your first month’s payment gets the building delivered, with your next payment due 30 days after delivery. No credit check is required. Early purchase options are available with no early payoff penalty. Ask our team about 90-day same-as-cash and the terms for your building. More on rent-to-own sheds.
