Can I buy a shed with electricity already installed?
Yes. With the Comfort Package, your Pro Cottage comes with a 100-amp electrical panel, 8 outlets, 6 recessed lights and an oven/range receptacle installed before delivery. Local permits and connecting service to the building are the owner's responsibility.
Are these sheds insulated?
Yes. Comfort Package buildings have spray foam insulation in the walls and ceiling, applied before delivery, plus two 3×5 insulated windows as standard.
Can I get a shed with air conditioning and heat?
Yes. The Comfort Package includes a 1-ton mini-split HVAC system that provides both heating and cooling. It's installed before the building is delivered.
How much does an insulated shed with electricity cost?
A 12×24 Pro Cottage with the Comfort Package starts at $14,900 plus tax. Price depends on size and configuration, with sizes from about 10×16 to 16×60. You can purchase outright, finance with approved credit, or use rent-to-own on qualifying purchases up to $25,000.
Do you sell cabin shells in Texas?
Yes. Secure Storage Sheds sells Pro Cottage cabin shells to customers in Texas. You can start with the shell alone or add the Comfort Package so insulation, electrical and HVAC are handled before delivery. See our other portable cabins too.
Can I use it as a home office, studio or workshop?
Yes. Insulation, power, lighting and climate control make the Pro Cottage a practical office shed, art studio or workshop. Interior framing and other layout changes may be available—ask a building specialist.
Is this a finished tiny home?
No. Secure Storage Sheds provides the building shell and selected Comfort Package features. Plumbing, bathrooms, kitchens and complete interior finish-out are not included.
Can I change the doors and windows?
Yes. The standard Comfort Package starts with a nine-lite door and two 3×5 insulated windows, but doors and windows can be added, removed or changed.
What sizes are available?
Pro Cottage configurations are available from approximately 10×16 through 16×60.
Can you add interior walls?
Interior framing and other upgrades may be available. Talk with a building specialist about your specific project and layout.
Do you offer financing?
